Conexions Sustainovation project offers workshops for business leaders who want to help their companies and work groups to simultaneously create or improve environmental, social, and financial value. The initial workshop provides an overview of multiple sustainability models and best practices. Participants work on simulated case examples. The advanced workshop focuses on the participants' own companies and work groups, providing a framework for implementation, and enabling participants to create a Sustainability Blueprints for their own organizations or teams. Clients both near and far have been served, including organizations like Agilent,Hewlett-Packard, IDEO, and University of Michigan.
