Workshop #1 March 13 The Journey Inward: Tips and Techiques for Working with your Type with Terry Saracino
This workshop will focus on how to use the wisdom of the Enneagram to support your journey inward. Touching on each center, we will explore both barriers and supports to the inner journey, addressing topics such as the role of self-observation, the barrier of the super-ego, limiting beliefs for each type and practices to increase presence. Through a variety of exercises, each participant will explore his or her habitual patterns in order to reveal more of the soul’s inner terrain. Teaching formats will include didactics, exercises, discussion, and short panels. By the end of the day, you will have acquired additional tools to use in your daily life to help loosen type structure and clear the way toward deeper self-awareness.

About the Instructor/Speaker:
Terry Saracino, MA, MBA, currently teaches in the internationally recognized Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP) with Helen Palmer, David Daniels and Peter O’Hanrahan, and is the Director of Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition (ESNT). She has for many years pursued her own spiritual journey through her Enneagram work and as a student of the Ridhwan School (Diamond Approach®) founded by Hameed Ali. |
